DETAILS Gel Eye Mask Cold Therapy For optimum results, place the pack in the freezer (-15º C) for at least 30 min. before use. Hot Therapy - Place the pack in hot water (max 80º C) for 8 min. - Always remove from the heat source before immersing the pack into the water. - Allow the eye mask to rest 1 min. before ap- plying. It is recommended to use a clean towel for applying.
