Description

Product description The vibratory feeder DR 100 is designed for uniform, continuous feeding and conveying of pourable bulk materials and fine powders. The DR 100 feeds RETSCH mills, sample dividers and particle measuring devices and is suitable for a wide range of laboratory and industrial feeding tasks. Its compact, low-maintenance design and external interface capability allow straightforward integration into test rigs and production lines.

Product Advantages
  • powerful electromagnetic drive for even material feed
  • adjustable material bed height and volume flow
  • digital speed setting for reproducible dosing
  • optional external control via interface
  • digital time setting (1–99 min or continuous)
  • compact combined control and feed unit
  • easy-to-clean push-fit chute
  • wide range of accessories and chute options

Application Examples
  • cement clinker
  • chemicals
  • coffee
  • construction materials
  • fertilizers
  • fillers
  • flours
  • grains
  • metal powders
  • minerals
  • nuts
  • plastics
  • sand
  • seeds
  • soils
  • washing powder

Functional Principle Material from the hopper is fed onto the conveying chute, which is vibrated at 50 (or 60) Hz by an electromagnetic vibrator. Volume flow is infinitely adjustable and layer height can be adapted to the product. The DR 100 can be driven externally via its interface so that feed rate can be matched automatically to downstream equipment (e.g. a centrifugal mill). The robust, maintenance-free design enables simple integration into laboratory setups and production lines.
