Locking cap mold design
Due to the nature of working with gloves, it is difficult to check whether the lock is locked properly or not because the sense of the hand is dull.
The “Locking cap mold” enables the user to check whether it is locked or not and since samples are not leaked during storage, it provides the user with both convenience and safety feature.
At sites that are used more than a thousand times a day, cumulative fatigue occurs considerably when a tube with a narrow insertion port is used.
Because the medium inlet is wide, fatigue and time required can be shortened.
Designed with safe material
In the case of commercially available rubber capped TM products, chemical reactions may occur when the cap is made of rubber.
Our products are made of plastic screw caps, so the reactivity is very low, which increases viability of the virus and reliability of the inspection.
Secure Edge
The end of the Fiber adhesion is blunt, so there is no risk of injury to the user.
*Other companies use oil-based adhesive and cannot remove fibers.
After attaching the fiber of the Swab, the brushing process was repeated several times until properly attached fiber came out, so that there was no free floating fiber, such as causing the tester to sneeze through a detailed finishing process.
Soft tension
The soft tension of the product reduces the pain of the tester and prevents contamination such as splashing samples around.
