The heart is the proven compressor / fine nozzle technology, which provides a fine dry disinfection mist. By adjusting the compressor power, a fog development is still possible even at wall distances of only 2m – a challenge where virtually all other devices that have a certain performance fail mercilessly. However, if the CT20 is needed for a larger room, a powerful turbine can be switched on. Its air jet acts like a turbofan and not only provides the disinfectant droplets with a significantly wider trajectory, but also ensures optimum distribution in the room. Thanks to the 5l active ingredient tank, a room of up to 600m3 can be fogged with a dosage of 8ml/m3. The device is standard equipped with 2 different operating modes. In auto mode, the room is automatically flooded with disinfectant mist up to the saturation limit of the air. When the saturation is reached, the unit stops automatically and continues to operate only when the humidity has decreased again slightly. This prevents condensation and thus uneven distribution of the mist in the room. It also prevents material damage caused by liquid. In expert mode, the desired amount of disinfectant can be manually distributed over up to 4 cycles of definable length, as well as 3 individual intermediate pauses. The device is operated via a touch screen and also has a logging function. This allows each disinfection process to be saved for quality purposes and exported as an Excel file via a USB stick.
