Overview
G2 Concept model saw designed for precise, time‑efficient cutting of plaster models in dental laboratories. Integrated line laser ensures accurate cut positioning while an underside plunge design preserves contact points and allows safe handling.

Introduction
Manual cuts on models with narrow interspaces or diverging tooth alignment are time‑consuming and increase the risk of model damage and injury. The G2 Concept replaces manual sawing with a guided, repeatable process that improves throughput and reduces handling risk.

Working method

• Place the model on the saw table and secure it with both hands; use the integrated line laser to position the cut precisely.
• Lowering the saw table causes the blade to plunge into the model from below, producing a clean cut parallel to the pins.
• Cutting depth is determined visually; for diverging teeth the cut is made to the preparation limit and the segment is broken off manually at the intended break point.
• Parallel cuts enable easy removal of all model segments without collision between pieces.
