The DMG 3Delux uses the innovative WARP system developed by Sharebot R&D: This technology allows for an optimized printing process, reducing the light-curing time for every individual layer to only a few hundredths of seconds. The printing speed for use in dentistry could be increased from 10mm/h to 100mm/h – without compromising on precision. The integrated full HD projector projects an accurate UV image on the printing material. The resin hardens as soon as it is captured by the light beam. Due to the vertical Z axis movement, this process is repeated layer by layer until the final model is created. The easy to use slicing software transfers the data via a network connection or USB stick to the control software integrated in the 3Delux.
