Overview
The Witleaf W Series patient monitors (models W12/W15) provide a modular monitoring platform for clinical environments including OR, ICU, NICU and ER/Trauma. Configurable parameter sets support adult, pediatric and neonatal care and adapt to screening, triage and advanced critical-care surveillance.

• Fan-less design and low-power consumption
• Integrated backup battery (approx. 4 hours)

Connectivity & integration
Supports HL7 and integrates with existing IT infrastructure (HIS, EMR, PACS, LIS) to enable centralized monitoring, data export and clinical workflow integration.

The platform implements Witleaf clinical algorithms to ensure reliable measurements for decision support:

• LowPulseStr™ — SpO2 during low perfusion and motion
• FastBP® — fast, comfortable NIBP measurement
• wSmartHeart® — ECG monitoring and analysis
• iRealResp™ — respiratory rate detection
• wSmartGas® — capnography (EtCO2) processing

Functions & smart alarm
Broad clinical functionality includes multi-display modes, other-beds view, drug calculation, hemodynamic/oxygenation/ventilation/renal calculations, ODI and IPI indices, and 24-hour NIBP holter. Smart Alarm reduces non-actionable alarms to improve workflow and reduce alarm fatigue.

Display, trends & event review
ST segment analysis with continuous ST value display, multiple screen layouts for large numeric and waveform fonts, trend review up to 360 hours (graphical and numeric) and full waveform disclosure with event review for all parameters.
