Included Tools and Their Functions

• Round hole forming plier: Used to make round cuts in aligners to create space for other devices such as lingual buttons, eyelets, or TS2. To use, place the plier on the lingual side of the aligner and press to cut.
• Tear drop hole forming plier: Designed to make a drop-shaped cut, particularly useful in treatments requiring elastics. The cut serves as an anchor for elastics applied directly to the aligner. Place the plier on the aligner’s edge and press to cut.
• Bite plane plier: Used to create bite plans on the aligner. The depth of the bite plan can be regulated with a special key. The plier should be heated before use, then pressed on the lingual side of the aligner to form the bite plan.
• Rectangular pin forming plier: Creates a rectangular pressure point on the aligner’s mesial or distal side. The depth of the pressure point can be adjusted with a special key. Place the instrument at the desired location and press until the shape is formed.
• Cylindric pin forming plier (1.5 mm): Used to make cylindrical pressure points on the aligner’s mesial or distal side. The depth can be regulated with a special key. Place the instrument at the desired location and press until the shape is formed.
