The biological incubator is a special device for incubation and monitoring of Self Contains biological indicators. It is small in size and light in weight. Itis suitable for the detection and culture of the sterilization effect of various biological indicators such as biological indicators of steam sterilizers , VHP with or without plasma sterilizer, EO sterilization. By observing the change of the color of the medium, it can reflect whether the Geo thermophilic Bacillus spores survive or not, so as to judge whether thesterilizer monitoring is qualified. By incubation in the biological incubator, the results were interpreted after 24-48 hours of constant temperature culture. If the color of the indicator did not change ( purple ), it indicated that the sterilization resuit is success. If it becomes yellow, it indicates that the sterilization resuit is fail. The biological monitoring results must be compare with positive ( yellow ) Bl, the biological monitoring is qualified. INTELLIGENT RECOGNITION The color recognition chip is effectively equipped without manual removal, and the color change during indicator culture is automatically identified. If you need to remove the indicator to view during the monitoring process, as long as the spedfïed time is inserted back, the System automatically continues to monitor. INTELLIGENT ALARM Touch the screen if need to stop the alarm. System has the tu notions of reak time self detection and fault protection. Could give sound and light alarm for malfunotions and incubation result.
