Description
SIEVE France designs, manufactures, and markets modular isolators.
They are designed to ensure a one-way workflow with just-in-time production, achieved through the use of two sterilizable transfer locks at entry and exit, combined with very short sterilization cycles.
Operating features:
Equipped with a ventilation and extraction system ensuring air change rates above 80 volumes/hour
Semi-directed or laminar airflow
Negative or positive pressure (easily interchangeable)
Compatible with peracetic acid or hydrogen peroxide (simple and efficient switch)
Safe waste disposal and connection to residual containers
Use of high-quality materials: medical-grade 316L stainless steel, PMMA, and PVC
Automatic and manual daily leak-tightness tests
HMI screens ensuring complete data traceability
