Single-use, sterile micro-collection contact-activated lancet used to perform fingerstick punctures for the purpose of collecting capillary blood. The device includes a safety feature which automatically retracts the lancet blade/needle when the device is used to reduce the risk of an accidental needle stick injury. Their ergonomic and intuitive design allows the device to be held securely and precisely at the sampling point with minimum training needed.
