Features of SLEEK Radiation-Proof Automatic Three-Set Folding Door Unit The heavy-duty unit structure includes multiple node-fixed structural steel frames, adjustable gripper brackets (for hanging tracks), three special-process cast steel slide rails (max length 6m), and six load-bearing hanging wheel sets. - • - Each node-fixed steel frame bears ≥1000KG. - • - Adjustable gripper brackets (screws and grippers integrated via hot-melt) bear ≥500KG each. - • - Pulleys use special polymer material (wear/heat/chemical-resistant, low-noise, anti-static dust). Hanging wheel cores have self-adjusting rings to reduce door swing. - • - The first hanging wheel set has 6 pulleys (middle dual pulleys adjustable to reduce shaking); others have 4 pulleys (self-balancing). - • - Steel slide rails run quietly, with no particle/powder shedding (prevents operating room contamination). - • - Pulley parts operate quietly; door weight doesn’t affect wear, dust buildup, or powder shedding. - • - Rubber stoppers are used at track switch positions. - • - Overall unit load capacity ≥3000KG. Door Body Parameters - 1. - Double-sided stainless steel (or SGCC galvanized steel) ≥2.0mm (AISI 304#); surface paint customizable in color/pattern. Pb4.0 is embedded in leaves and frames; thickness 45-55mm (customizable). It has double-sided fireproof coating; core material is flame-retardant, fireproof, heat-absorbing, and moisture-proof. Sealed with silicone strips; corners protected by aluminum profiles. Frame is anodized aluminum; surface panels are seamless. - 2. - Dual functions: 1) Three leaves open/close simultaneously; 2) Individual operation (if Function 1 fails).
