A device consisting of two extruded aluminum profiles: in the first, structural, a number of well separated paths are provided for the passage of electrical, signal and alarm conductors, while medical gas tubes are housed in the second, mechanically separated from the first. The gas outlets can be located in a third profile, dedicated to them and called the “gas outlets box”. The switches and electrical outlets are placed on the bottom oblique side of the structural profile. The lighting parts are protected by a polycarbonate screen while the direct, indirect and night lamps, with their necessary components, are assembled on a single base, appropriately treated to reflect light.
