Description

The machines are designed to sterilize heat-resistant and moisture-stable materials used in scientific and research laboratories, such as metal parts, liquids in sealed or vented containers, porous loads, etc. VS L sterilizers are engineered to offer best-in-class solutions to reduce energy and water consumption, giving users the lowest operating costs per load. Advanced Eco Options provide unrivaled efficiency levels, reducing water consumption to nearly zero depending on the chosen model and options. Sterilizers are available in single door or double door versions, with manual hinged or automatic-sliding door(s). Industrial-grade PLC digital controller with user-friendly, color touch-screen HMI for easy use and programming. The VS L laboratory steam sterilizers are intended for sterilizing the following goods: Liquids in open or loosely closed containers in the pre-vacuum process Solid and porous goods according to the pre-vacuum process or pulsed vacuum process with subsequent drying Infectious goods – effluent decontamination options suggested. Custom-made racks and trolleys are available. Alternatively, sliding shelf supports can be mounted on each side of the sterilizer chamber walls. AISI 316L stainless steel chamber with high-efficiency heat-transfer full jacket system for even heat distribution. Doors internally made of AISI 316L stainless steel with no welding. Heat insulation with durable reusable cover for fast service maintenance at a lower cost. Barrier solutions In BSL laboratory applications steam sterilizers play a key role as part of the building containment system.
