AC 1300 and AC 1400 are large-size cabinet washers specially designed to wash and sanitize all types of animal care equipment of your vivarium: cages, feeding bottles, and fish tanks. The compact design grants the highest flexibility of installation and minimizes operating costs. The two models share common technical features and differ in chamber depth only: Available in single door or double door version for pass-through application (double door version for AC 1400 only), both washers feature an upper drop-down vertical space-saving sliding loading door. The lower section of the door, when open, acts as a loading platform for the loading tray allowing a convenient loading and unloading job. The devices offer the highest levels of cleaning efficacy, final rinse temperature is guaranteed to reach 85°C/185°F, water is sprayed through an independent rinsing circuit. Electrical- or steam-heated, the units are equipped with two chemical dosing pumps as standard, controlled by a microprocessor which allows to set the optimal dosing level for each type of cycle. Additional dosing systems can be added upon request. A comprehensive range of dedicated accessories allows for the optimized loading of animal cages and washing carts with injection systems for bottles. Optimal cleaning performance The washing system, operating with independent washing and rinsing hydraulic circuits, features three-level rotating spray arms positioned on the top, middle, and bottom levels of the washing chamber. Washing water is loaded in the washing chamber sump and heated up to the temperature defined for the washing phase.
