MITO 2B is a modular semiautomatic hood type bottle washer, specially suitable for small-size animal research laboratories. The device offers an integrated and flexible solution for bottle and cap treatment, with a capacity of 2×18 bottle crates per cycle. MITO 2B system shares the multifunctional loading tables and smart accessories of MITO FBS system, plus a dedicated module for bottle filling. It can be supplied with a semiautomatic bottle recapping module that significantly reduces operating time. The chamber of the machine is entirely made of stainless steel AISI 316L. The model is fitted with independent washing and rinsing systems, with disinfection by rinsing at 85°C / 185°F. In-line system solution MITO 2B allows for an in-line system to better meet your needs. This specific solution is composed of a manual decapping and emptying module that is also available with an ultrasonic bath with a lid for integrated cap treatment, a hood-type bottle washer/sanitizer with a capacity of up to 2×18 bottle crates per cycle, and a filling module. Part of the MITO modular system, the filling module serves as an unloading table for MITO 2B washing system. This device allows the simultaneous semiautomatic filling of feeding bottles contained in one or two crates of different capacities. It can be manually loaded or conveyed directly from a bottle’s washing/sanitizing machine. The bottle filling starts automatically once the crates are correctly positioned. A three-position timer for setting different bottle-filling volumes conveniently completes the offer. The station allows practical access to the lockable bottom storage.
