Additional modules can be added as requirements evolve. 3D & CFD-engineered racks Designed for coverage before fabrication Racks are developed using 3D scanning/modeling and CFD flow simulation to verify spray coverage upfront, reducing iterations and helping you reach validated performance faster. Transfer trolleys with adjustable height Height-adjustable trolleys support ergonomic loading and easy transport. These trolleys feature a GMP construction, a drip tray preventing floor spills and a shift-long battery capacity. Features In-house rack design and manufacture All pharma wash racks are designed, manufactured, and tested in-house to ensure precise fit and controlled cleaning performance. Each rack is delivered with its validation package. Washer rack design and traceability Modular rack configurations support different loads, while design reviews ensure fit, coverage and ergonomics. Process-contact materials are supplied with EN 10204 traceability, with weld logbook documentation where required.
