US 1000 is an ultrasonic washer designed to meet the increasingly complex cleaning challenges of CSSDs. The device shares the same racks used in DS 1000 and TW 3000 series of washers, thus allowing to connect the various devices through automation solutions. This speeds up the reprocessing process and avoids manual handling of loads. Available as a single or double automatic sliding-up door(s), the device is capable of reprocessing up to 18 DIN 1/1 net trays, which are completely submerged during the ultrasonic cleaning process. A programmable auto-disinfection cycle is available as standard to disinfect the device and make it ready for the next day. CSSD Integration US 1000 is the ideal pre-treatment ultrasonic washer to be integrated in a CSSD. Easy loading and the possibility to integrate the device with automations make the workflow faster and error-proof. US 1000 has been designed to be integrated into high-capacity CSSDs, between a cold pre-wash unit and automatically-loaded washers to reduce total cycle time. Automation US 1000 ultrasonic cleaner can be integrated in a small automated tunnel alongside the ATS shuttle in order to operate a pre-wash and ultrasonic wash in the two-chamber tunnel. After the pre-wash stage, the rack is moved to the second chamber, which performs the ultrasonic cleaning. At the end of the ultrasonic bath, the ATS shuttle sorts the rack in the first available washer in the barrier. This configuration is specially designed for those processing departments where ultrasonic is needed and time is critical. Its high flexibility and modularity make it a perfect solution for optimal workflow regardless of the facility’s size.
