AMSCO® LS Series Medium Steam Sterilizers provide fast, efficient autoclave sterilization heat-and moisture-stable materials in scientific applications. They are equipped with pre-vacuum, gravity, liquid, leak test and daily air removal (Bowie-Dick) test cycles. Twenty pre-programmed cycles and sturdy construction help satisfy the most challenging laboratory applications. This series is available in various chamber sizes and door configurations: AMSCO 430LS Medium Steam Sterilizers: 26 x 26 x 39, 49 or 61 in. (660 x 660 x 991, 1245 or 1549 mm) with vertical automatic sliding door. AMSCO 600LS Medium Steam Sterilizers: 26.5 x 26.5 x 39, 51 or 63 in. (673 x 673 x 991, 1290, or 1590 mm) with vertical single or double door. AMSCO 630LS Medium Steam Sterilizers: 26 x 37.5 x 42, 54 or 66 in. (660 x 953 x 1067, 1372 or 1676 mm) with manual hinged or horizontal sliding door. How AMSCO LS Series Steam Sterilizer Works Each sterilizer is designed to process loads at temperatures ranging from 110 °C to 141 °C. Pre-vacuum, gravity or liquid cycles can be selected by the user. Critical cycle parameters are user programmable. Several pre-programmed cycles are available to accommodate typical applications.
