Description

We know that people demand performance and reliability from their flow cytometers, even for standard applications. But uncompromised performance simply would not be achievable at a lower price point with conventional entry-level systems. So we designed our SE520EXi benchtop flow cytometer with the same patented technologies as our S1000 series—without the same price tag. Our SE520EXi may be a small flow cytometer, but it’s big on performance. Features Fixed configuration with 2 lasers (488 nm and 640 nm) and 6 colors Based on the same performance and patented technology as the S1000EXi Complete compatibility with Stratedigm’s full automation suite Laser: System is designed to support 2 lasers with spatial separation Laser options: Solid-state 488 nm – 150 mW Solid-state 640 nm – 100 mW Detector Parameters & Data Acquisition: Forward scatter (FSC) – enables separation of unfixed platelets from noise FSC resolution: < 500 nm polystyrene beads FSC scales: log & linear FSC: parameters: width, peak-height; area Optional FSC photomultiplier (PMT) detector Side scatter (SSC)- resolves lympho-, mono- , and granulocytes SSC resolution: < 200 nm polystyrene beads SSC scales: log & linear SCC parameters: width, peak-height, area Fluorescence channels: Standard number of colors: 6 Sensitivity: < 100 MESF PMT scales: log & linear PMT parameters: width, peak-height, area Time: 13 µsec resolution Analysis Rate & Carryover Analysis rate: 10,000 events/ sec Carryover: < 0.1% automatic backlash between samples
