IMMERSION Immerse ourselves in the medical environment, observing how procédures are set up and conducted. This helps us to understand, from the procédure pack they currently use, what components are being used, what is being thrown away (unnecessary waste), and what is being added from the shelves (stand-alone products = Incurring extra cost). CROSS TEAM INSIGHTS Work directly with the wider healthcare team, understanding their perspective, needs, and pain points to gain an understanding of what the pack could include. PROTECTIVE CREATION Once we understand their needs, we formulate a pack spécification - outlining the requested components - and create a non-sterile sample, which is sent to the HCPs for review and feedback. If adjustments are needed, the pack will be modified accordingly and sent back for review and sign-off. COMPLETION A custom solution designed to meet the clinical needs and preferences of the HCPs is complété, giving the go ahead for POs.
