TKA Teknolabo A.S.S.I. produces two types of double chamber preparators: indirect heating double twin preparers with sterilization cycle fully controlled by a single managemet system, or indirect heating double preparers with sterilization cycle fully controlled by two separate managemet systems. Each autocleave has two temperature probes: one for the working vessel and one for the jacket. A double propellers shaking unit magnetically coupled allows, for each well, to mix carefully the media and to avoid any possible leakage. A spécial device, TKA projected, keeps uniform the temperature into the external jackets through the continuous water re-circulation pump. The working cycle, completely automatic, is controlled by one or two microprocontrollers depending on the double preparator type. The autoclaves provide the possibility to pre-define up to 100 différent working cycles, with preview of the temperature graph and possibility to comment the recipe. Touch screen display and intuitive user interface. Each autocleave is equipped with multiple and completely independent safety devices. A recorder-printer is installed, allowing the registration of the working cycle. Ail the cycle related information are printed: start and end time, temperatures, phases, possible cycle interruptions.
