Capacity and workflow flexibility
The Cryofuge 8 is targeted at routine to medium-throughput operations with standard 6 x 550 mL bag capacity (upgradeable to 8 x 550 mL using the same bucket system). The Cryofuge 16 is designed for high-throughput processing with 12 x 500 mL capacity (upgradeable to 16 x 500 mL with appropriate bucket selections). Both models support common adapters for tubes and microplates and comply with current global safety standards.

Software and accessories
Compatible with Centri-Log Plus data management for FDA 21 CFR Part 11 requirements. A selection of adapter kits enables centrifugation of standard tubes and microplates using the same rotor and oval buckets; adapter references are listed in product materials.
