Overview
GenuPro Adapt is a patellar knee brace designed to stabilize the knee and secure daily movement in cases of patellar pain, mild instability, tendinopathy or osteoarthritis. It belongs to the ADAPT range, developed to adapt to patient morphology and the progression of clinical management.

Detailed description
Semi-open construction for easy donning. Anatomical patellar insert that follows the patella during movement for improved control and comfort. Premium stretch knit providing compression, support and comfort: soft, breathable and suitable for prolonged wear. Comfort zones at the popliteal hollow and around the patella. Thigh adjustment possible (up to +3 cm) to accommodate changes in muscle mass. Supplied with two sets of interchangeable splints: one flexible set (ideal for return to activity) and one articulated rigid set (recommended for mild ligamentous instability). The patellar insert also helps stimulate proprioception and reduce tendon pressure.

Indications

• Anterior knee or patellar pain.
• Mild patellar instability.
• Patellar tendinopathy.
• Knee osteoarthritis (mild to moderate).
• Mild joint instability.
• Only with articulated rigid splints: conservative treatment of mild knee ligament injuries (collateral ligaments).

Contraindications

• Uncertain diagnosis: do not use if diagnosis is not established.
• Known allergy to any component of the product.
• Do not place directly on damaged skin.
• Do not use in cases of major history of venous thromboembolism without thrombo-prophylactic treatment.
