OverviewFOTOVITA FV-10 M is a medical phototherapy lamp intended to help manage symptoms of Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD). Developed and clinically tested in collaboration with Ludwik Rydygier Collegium Medicum (Bydgoszcz) and Nicolaus Copernicus University (Toruń), the device has been used by patients and clinicians for over 15 years.
Indications and clinical mechanismThe lamp emits white light with illuminance levels comparable to natural daylight. Light reaches the brain via the eyes and contributes to regulation of the pineal gland and melatonin secretion, supporting restoration of circadian rhythm. Phototherapy with FOTOVITA is intended as an adjunctive treatment; use should follow clinical guidance and current medical evidence.
