Description

Overview
The RFL100 series uses Vaisala's VaiNet wireless technology (based on LoRa® modulation) for long-range, robust monitoring of temperature and relative humidity in controlled environments. Available variants include RFL100 (T/RH), RFL100T (temperature-only) and RFLCO2 (CO2 percentage).

Connectivity and system integration
Connects to the VaiNet network via the Vaisala Access Point AP10. Designed for integration with monitoring platforms such as viewLinc Enterprise Server (v5.0+) and viewLinc Cloud, and for industrial/commercial monitoring via Jade Smart Cloud.

Data integrity and storage
Typical logging interval is 60 seconds with internal memory storing up to ~30 days of measurements (depends on interval and configuration). If wireless communications are interrupted, recorded data is automatically retransmitted when connection is restored. Logger memory can also be downloaded via USB.

Detachable probe and calibration
Detachable probes support quick onsite replacement and calibration. Probes use HUMICAP® humidity sensors and Platinum RTD temperature sensors for enhanced stability and traceability.

User interface and operation
Custom LCD provides current measurements, battery status, alarm and signal indicators. Supports monitoring, alarming and reporting workflows suitable for GxP-regulated, laboratory, cleanroom, warehouse and production environments.
