The HEKA crepe is an elastic fixation bandage and is made of 100% cotton crepe threads. These threads are highly over-rotating, with a crinkle tendency. Due to the tension, the thread deconstructs, creating elasticity. The bandage has a medium stretch of about 100%.
The HEKA crepe bandages are used for general fixation and as a support and compression bandage. This bandage is also suitable for the treatment of bruises, sprains, dislocations, fractures and as a post-operative pressure bandage.
