The Varex Imaging AZURE is a family of new dynamic detectors from the world’s leading manufacturer of X-ray components. The AZURE uses a state-of-the-art and advanced IGZO sensor which, when combined with Varex Imaging’s lownoise electronic design and advanced scintillators, provides excellent low-dose performance. This performance comes with the reliability and robustness for which Varex Imaging is renowned. The Azure 4131Z is designed for use in Fluoroscopy, Interventional X-ray and CBCT systems where the improved electronics and scintillator enable excellent low-dose performance. This provides linear performance over a wide dose range while minimizing exposure to both patient and staff. High frame rates are possible for smooth motion fluoroscopy and fast scans in 3D systems.
