Description

LAS-4000 – Vetland Medical’s Large Animal Anesthesia System The Vetland Large Animal Anesthesia System, LAS-4000, is a complete large animal anesthesia support system. The Vetland LAS-4000 large animal anesthesia system can be used for Equine, Zoology or other large animal techniques for spontaneous breathing. Or, the clinician may utilize the popular Dräger AVE ventilator which is an electronically-controlled, time-cycled, pneumatically driven anesthesia ventilator capable of delivering from one half (1/2) liter to 15 liters of tidal volume at 1-99 breaths per minute and I to E ratios from 1-2 through 1-4 up to optional 1-8. The tidal volume can be adjusted via a rocker switch that electro-mechanically adjusts the tidal volume setting. The system can be equipped with one or two Dräger vaporizers as well as a foal absorber. The LAS-4000 Large Animal Anesthesia System offers high performance within a very stable footprint with substantial surface are for monitor placement and other needs.
