VETTRONIC underwater treadmills newly offer a remote control device that can be positioned around the perimeter of the bathtub or left ergonomically in its dedicated slot in the control panel. It allows for controlling the operation of the treadmill (the water pump and the treadmill) and taking care of the canine patient simultaneously.
The control panel with levers on the overflow tank is used to manually control the filling and draining of the chamber and the water tank, the telescopic resistance current unit and the cleaning cycle.
The controls needed to start the therapy session, such as the main power switch and water temperature regulation control, are located on the side of the overflow tank.
The built-in treadmill allows dogs to walk while submerged in water. The water resistance makes it more difficult to move their limbs and thus improves muscle strengthening during rehabilitation. The belt has a continuously variable speed from 0.1 to 5.5 km/h, making it suitable for all sizes of dogs and a complex range of rehabilitation and fitness exercises. It is reversible, moving in both directions to ensure a wider variety of therapy options and optimal working conditions.
The BASIC Model can be upgraded with a manually adjustable treadmill incline which allows you to regulate the intensity of exercises.
The treadmill has safeguards alongside the belt which guide the dog's steps. They can be easily removed, cleaned and reattached.
The VETTRONIC underwater treadmill is easily accessible for all dogs thanks to a hinged door that serves as an entry ramp.
