Description

Vilitek AKV-30 automatic Kjeldahl apparatuses are the most functional and automated devices to measure protein percentage in food samples, compound feeds and other samples, designed for use in laboratories with a large number of studies. The series includes three devices that differ in functionality and cost: AKV-30, AKV-31 and AKV-32. All instruments are equipped with an automatic photometric titration unit. The photometric titrator determines the titration end point by changing the sample color. Photometric titration units are more complex and expensive devices in comparison with potentiometric titration units, which other manufacturers integrate in their analyzers. But it is the photometric titration that should be used for Kjeldahl distillation to measure protein weight parts according to international standards. The maximum degree of automation, complete cycle of distillation and titration is carried out by pushing a button. All distillation parameters, amount of reagents, titration modes can be configured and saved as programs. 7 inch color touch screen. Built-in printer for printing results. Titration curve making for maximum analysis information. Modular design for easy maintenance. Visual access to the titration process. Accessories from the best world manufacturers. Quick-disconnect chemical resistant fittings of premium class CPC (USA), which ensures durability and maximum tightness of detachable joints. Advanced security system. Reagent containers are included.
