JiveX Upload
JiveX Upload is an upload portal for receiving external medical data (e.g., prior radiology studies, consent forms). It can be embedded in an institution website so patients or referrers can submit files remotely. Uploaded data are first received on a VISUS-managed intermediate server for malware and safety checks and, after clearance, forwarded to the recipient’s primary system.

JiveX Link Share
JiveX Link Share enables secure transfer of large data volumes (for example, image series) via a protected link or QR code. Recipients can retrieve data without a direct connection to facility infrastructure while necessary medical-grade security and access controls are enforced. Links can be forwarded to clinics or other authorized parties as required.

JiveX and the electronic patient record (ePA)
JiveX supports direct access to the electronic patient record (ePA) within the patient context and integrated into clinical workflows. Documents can be transferred from JiveX into the ePA in a controlled, traceable way using standardized interfaces and modern security mechanisms, improving staff efficiency and patient transparency.
