The VITA ADIVA® SELF-ADHESIVE system is a modular, self-adhesive luting solution designed for conditioning and permanent luting of indirect restorations. The kit combines material-specific pretreatment agents and a dual-curing self-adhesive luting composite for a process-safe adhesive workflow.

Main components

• VITA ADIVA® CERA-ETCH — 5% hydrofluoric acid gel for etching feldspathic, glass and hybrid ceramics to create micromechanical retention.
• VITA ADIVA® C-PRIME — ceramic primer to establish a chemical bond between silica-based ceramics and the luting composite.
• VITA ADIVA® ZR-PRIME — zirconia primer for chemical bonding of sintered zirconia restorations to the composite.
• VITA ADIVA® M-PRIME — metal primer for bonding titanium and noble/non-noble metal alloys to the luting composite.
• VITA ADIVA® S-CEM — dual-curing, self-adhesive luting composite suitable for permanent cementation of feldspathic/glass/hybrid ceramics, zirconia, composite and metal restorations.
• VITA ADIVA® OXY-PREVENT — neutral glycerine gel to prevent an oxygen inhibition layer during luting; can be used as a try-in paste.

• Indicated for adhesive bonding and conditioning of restorations made of feldspathic ceramics, glass ceramics, hybrid ceramics, zirconia, composite and metal.

Kit contents — typical configuration

• Example kit (SELF-ADHESIVE SET, e.g. FASASV1): S-CEM 5 ml (A2 Universal), OXY-PREVENT 3 ml with disposable application cannulae, CERA-ETCH 3 ml, red disposable cannulae for etch, C-PRIME 5 ml, ZR-PRIME 5 ml, M-PRIME 5 ml, Microbrushes, Mixing-Trays, T-Mixers.

Notes / handling

• Workflow is modular: etch and primer selection depends on restoration material (ceramic vs zirconia vs metal), followed by S-CEM application for definitive luting.
• S-CEM is dual-curing — supports both chemical and light polymerization for secure permanent cementation.
• OXY-PREVENT prevents oxygen-inhibition and may be used as a try-in paste to verify aesthetics and fit.
