Description
Chiraflon monofilament is a non-absorbable suture made of PVDF (similar to teflon). Physiologically this thread is completely inert.
Chiraflon monofilament offers optimal smoothness and superior knotting properties. The thread is characterised by its high tensile strength. No splitting occurs even under considerable strain.
Indication:
All surgical specialities, especially Orthopaedic, Traumatology (tendons), Plastic and Ophthalmic surgery.
Contraindication:
Chiraflon monofilament must not penetrate into the inner parts of the digestive and urinary tracts.
