Description

Overview
Proteus NoEndo-17-E spin columns provide fast, affinity-based removal of endotoxins from antibodies and other proteins. The FlowGo-17-E design combines gravity-column quality separations with centrifugal speed. Typical single-pass endotoxin removal reaches about 99% with protein recoveries ≥85%. Formats include Micro, Mini, Standard (pre-packed) and High Capacity (HC); HC columns are recommended for recombinant proteins from bacteria (e.g. E. coli) and Standard columns for monoclonal antibodies from mammalian cells. Mini and Micro kits include loose resin for sample volumes ≤20 ml.
