Description

Glass-ionomer light-cured cement Cemilight Cemilight is used for: ● filling cavities of 1 and 2 classes; ● filling cavities of 5 class (if aesthetic requirements are not the priority); ● filling milk teeth; ● treatment of non-carious affection of tooth hard tissues (wedge-shaped defects, enamel erosion); ● as isolating pad for permanent filling made of composites and amalgams. Cemilight is produced in the form of a powder-liquid set, has a high chemical affinity for both polymeric materials and tooth tissues, provides perfect marginal seal. The powder is a finely divided aluminofluorosilicate glass with radiopaque filler and is available in different colors (A2, A3, B2, C2 according to VITA scale). A liquid is a composition of an aqueous solution of polyacrylic acid and oligomers containing light polymerization initiators. Cemilight is not recommended for direct pulp covering. When filling deep cavities close to pulp, a treating calcium-containing material (Calcesil) should be applied. The rest of dentine surface must be opened to ensure chemical bonding with Cemilight. Packaging: powder (one of the colors: A2 A3 B2 C2) - 20 g; liquid - 10 ml; conditioner - 10 ml; varnish - 5 ml One dose of material per one patient ~0.35 g
