PURPOSE - Parodontal gel “Bioplast-Dent” is used for relieve swelling and inflammation of the tissues of the oral cavity in the surgical dentistry, trauma, fractures, splinting of the jaws, as well as for prevention and treatment of parodontitis, gingivitis and stomatitis. FEATURES - Parodontal gel “Bioplast-Dent” contents sulfated glycosaminoglycan, promotes healing of inflamed periodontal due to the synergistic action aimed at reducing the activity of proteolytic enzymes and hyaluronidase bacterial flora. Normalizing the metabolism in the epithelial cells and gum fibroblasts chondroitin sulfate rapidly reduces swelling and gum bleeding, promotes the localization of inflammation, preventing the spread of the surrounding tissues. Chondroitin sulfate significantly improves the condition of dentin and odontoblast exchange. - Chlorhexidine bigluconate (in low concentration) has a broad spectrum of activity against gram-positive, gram-negative bacteria and fungal flora. Due to the residual activity it provides the duration of bactericidal effect on microorganisms that form plaque, helps prevent and treat gingivitis, reduces inflammation of the gums. - Application of gel “Bioplast-Dent” after surgical operations improves overall metabolism in tissues due to normalization of vascular microcirculation. - Gel “Bioplast-Dent” is well tolerated by patients with prolonged use and do not cause allergic reactions.
