Description

Weclearmed® Manual manifold is one kind of our manifold. It can provide stable output pressure and the parts are made of high-purity medical brass. It’s suitable for gas cylinders, liquid oxygen, oxygen generator and most gases, eg . oxygen, air , nitrous oxide, argon, carbon dioxide nitrogen, etc. Under the working state, one side gas supply, the other side for standby.Supply the medical gas to ward building alternately and constantly. Product Description Weclearmed® Manual manifold is usually composed of pressure regulator, pressure gauge, safety valve, pipeline, etc.The medical gas on the left or right sides is reduced to low pressure gas through the high pressure regulator. The mechanical pressure gauge can check the pressure after decompression. The low pressure gas is reduced to a lower pressure gas through the low pressure regulator to ensure that the gas is safely transported to the hospital building. It has stable pressure and large flow which can provide stable pressure to second stage regulator in ward building or directly supply to the terminal. Parameters Input pressureL/R 10~200 bar Outlet pressure 4~12 bar (Adjustable) Flow Rate >100m³/h Pipe joint thread M33×2.0 (Adjustable) Switching pressure 6 bar~10 bar (can setting) Switching mode Manual switching High pressure regulator relief valve opening pressure 20 bar Low pressure regulator relief valve opening pressure 14 bar External dimension 56*36*21 cm Operating temperature -5℃ ~ 40℃ Relative humidity 15% ~ 80% Atmospheric pressure 80 kPa ~ 106 kPa
