Medical Device recommended for intact, fragile and damaged skin cleansing in not self-sufficient and elderly patients. Approved for the prevention of Healthcare Acquired Infections (HAIs), skin irritation and Incontinence Associated Dermatitis (IAD). Description Sinaqua® is a Medical Device Class IIa indicated for all body districts of patients not self sufficient to prevent infections of any etiology. The product is thermally sanitized according to ISO 15883: 2014. Indicated on fragile or irritated skin, as well as on sensitive areas such as the eyes. Sinaqua® wipes are pre-soaked with a solution based on phospholipids, Aloe barbadensis extracted from the leaves and allantoin. They do not contain latex, alcohol, parabens, urea, PEG, glycerin. The product does not require the use of water, rinsing and drying. Sinaqua® is used in major Italian and foreign hospitals and university centers. Indications of use Sinqua® is the device of choice for the whole body cleansing, for all the patients and in particular for those at a high risk due to healthcare acquired infections (HAIs): • Age (at every stage of life); • Prolonged antimicrobial therapy; • Renal disease; • Cystic fibrosis; • Diabetes; • Trauma. Active ingredients • Aloe barbadensis leaf extract. • Linoleamidopropyl pg-dimonium chloride phosphate (Phospholipid EFA). • Allantoin. Technical features Wipe in viscose to provide: • High absorbency of skin impurites; • High resistence to stretch and torsion to avoid tearing of the wipe; • Maximum softness to avoid skin irritation; • High solution content in each wipe; • The product does not contain latex, alcohol, parabens, urea, PEG, glycerin; • Latex Free;
