This protective orthotic insole is indicated for hallux valgus (bunions), metatarsalgia, early-stage diabetic foot (risk grade 0/1) and deformities related to rheumatic disorders. The large gauge makes it suitable for sports and work footwear. The top cover is Vibram Diflex Ultracomfort (4 mm): self-modelling, dermatologically tested and designed to adapt to foot deformities. The elastic physiological shell stabilises the rearfoot and provides dynamic support to the medial arch. The construction maintains a soft heel contact area, providing comfort for plantar fasciitis and heel spurs.
