OverviewOn-site analyzer for continuous ammonium (NH4-N) monitoring in wastewater effluent and surface waters. Designed for integration into IQ SENSOR NET for centralized data handling.
Key features- Minimized reagent consumption and reduced waste
- Reliable results at very low NH4 concentrations
- Low maintenance requirements
- Simple operation and IQ SENSOR NET compatibility
Measuring principleThe Alyza IQ NH4 uses wet-chemical photometric detection based on the Berthelot (Indophenol) method according to DIN 38 406. Measurement is performed directly in the process stream for on-site monitoring.
Highlights- Extremely low reagent use, reducing operating costs and waste generation
- Simple service: typical maintenance approx. 10 minutes every 2–3 months
- Accurate results across two measuring ranges: MR1 0.02–5.00 mg/l NH4-N and MR2 0.10–20.00 mg/l NH4-N
- Automatic cleaning and selectable 1- and 2-point calibration intervals for operational safety
- On-site installation possible (climate package available) for outdoor operation
Models- Alyza IQ NH4-110 – NH4 analyzer, 2 measurement ranges, 1 channel (Order No. 825010)
- Alyza IQ NH4-111 – NH4 analyzer, 2 measurement ranges, 1 channel, incl. pump (Order No. 825011)
- Alyza IQ NH4-112 – NH4 analyzer, 2 measurement ranges, 2 channels, incl. 2 pumps (Order No. 825012)
