Description

Plastic vials have replaced vials of low-potassium containing glass. The low price of is an advantage for using them as disposable counting bottles. Bottle Standardized liquid scintillation counting bottles. Low background rate, less than 5 - 7 cpm. High UV transmission at 360 to 400 nm. Made of high-density low-pressure polyethylene, without plasticizers. Polyvials available in sizes: Standard size 20 mL (as well as 145 mL) and as "super low diffusion" vials. Caps: Superior and unique capping system. Color coding facilitates recognition. Various color caps available in: white, red, blue and green. Vials for liquid scintillation can be made from PE, PP, PTFE and borosilicate glass.
