The PinSafe model removes stitching perforations in the shielding area to deliver a hole-free shield surface. This design preserves frontal attenuation by eliminating stitch- and pinhole-related weak points in the protective region.

Personalisation & Materials
ZiCore materials available: Minio, Leve, Verde and Svelte, each offering a different balance of attenuation, weight and composition. Outer fabrics (ZiFab) are engineered for contaminant resistance, crease resistance, easy cleaning, antimicrobial properties, skin compatibility, stain resistance (including betadine) and water resistance. Outlast (phase-change material) can be integrated on request to actively regulate head microclimate.

Use & Hygienic Considerations
