This device was designed for WC, bathroom, and other wet areas. The cord can be pulled from a fallen position to initiate a voice call with the assigned Nurse Panel. The 4 push-buttons on the unit can be used to generate non-voice Nurse Call, signal Nurse Presence, start Code Blue (cardiac arrest), or call for an assisting nurse. The device does not require an external power supply, it is PoE. The device features an HD speaker and microphone allows patients to communicate with nurses with speech, and also allows nurses to use the device to make announcements. The built-in RFID card reader allows nurses to signal their presence. This nurse presence is logged in the server along with timestamp and nurse ID. This allows hospital administration to review when the call was made, which nurse responded to the call, how long the response took, and listen to recordings of any voice calls made on the device for service quality control. • PoE • VoIP Full Duplex SIP • Built-in Mifare Card Reader • 4 Push Buttons
