Description

DOOR WITH ALUMINIUM CASING AND HOLLOW CORE PANEL Supply of hinged interior door with one or two leaves, clad with plastic laminate perfectly flush with rounded jamb and frame profiles with 12/22 mm radius in EN AW 6060 T5 extruded aluminium alloy with general tolerances to EN 12020/2 in implementation of Italian legislative decree 81/2008. Profiles with 13 UM natural silver anodized finish or RAL coating, constructed as follows: PANEL/S Finished thickness of 46 mm. The panel is composed of nine layers: - central layer in lead sheet, thickness from 1 to 3 mm; - 2 extra-hard high density 4 mm mineral fibre panels; - hollow core surrounded by a perimeter frame in double phenolic plywood sandwich with 2 layers of high density 25/30 kg/m3 expanded polystyrene; - 2 extra-hard high density 4 mm mineral fibre panels; - 2 plastic laminates, 9/10 gauge; Finished in choice of standard colours; non-standard colours available at a surcharge. Lead sheet in compliance with UNI 6450-69, quality 99.9% min. Material with normal radiometric value pursuant to Italian legislative decree no. 230 of 17/03/1995. Followed by certificate of conformity. (Sound reduction index at 500 Hz in 100 Hz to 3150 Hz frequency spectrum: Rw = 24 dB. Measurement of sound insulating power of the panel according to ISO 140 part 3 of 1995 and ISO 717 part 1 of 1996). 46×20 mm aluminium jamb profile as above, with click-in fixing system and flush with laminate facing, rounded and shaped in such a way as to achieve a perfect seal with the frame.
