Description

DOOR WITH ALUMINIUM CASING AND HOLLOW CORE PANEL

Supply of two leaf interior door with one pivot-sliding leaf with panel opening movement in both directions and one semi-fixed hinged leaf, clad with flush plastic laminate. Rounded jamb and frame profiles with 12/22 mm radius in EN AW 6060 T5 extruded aluminium alloy with general tolerances to EN 12020/2, in implementation of Italian legislative decree 81/2008. Profiles with 13 UM natural silver anodized finish or RAL coating, constructed as follows:
PANEL

Finished thickness of 46 mm, hollow core filled with extra-hard mineral fibre, with perimeter surround in double 50×50 pine block board with core in rotary cut pine composite. Clad on both sides with extra-hard fibreboard with the entire assembly clad with another 4.2 mm thick extra-hard fibreboard on both sides. Finished with 9/10 gauge plastic laminate in choice of standard colours; nonstandard colours available at a surcharge. 46×20 mm aluminium jamb profile as above, with click-in fixing system and flush with laminate facing, rounded and shaped in such a way as to achieve perfect opening from both directions. The semi-fixed hinged leaf with 180° opening is equipped with top and bottom concealed locking mechanism, has the same characteristics as the door panel and is equipped with 3 adjustable silver anodized aluminium butt hinges, shaped to match the casing and door profile, with removable pin and socket-head screw fixing, complete with 19×65 mm stainless steel backplate; hinge dimensions 74×79.2 mm.
The double leaf door is equipped with top and bottom concealed locking mechanism.
