Product IntroductionThe shielding design should fully consider the direction and range of exposure to the useful radiation beam, the operational load of the device, and outdoor conditions. Walls in the direction of the useful beam projection should be designed according to primary shielding requirements, while walls in other directions should be designed according to requirements for leakage and scattered radiation shielding.
Product Performance- The door surface can be treated with sandblasting and fluorocarbon coating; the motor shall meet the IP54 dustproof and waterproof rating.
- Door integrity: shielding materials shall be continuous and intact; the lead sheet inside the door body shall be tightly fitted to the frame to prevent radiation leakage caused by looseness or gaps.
- Process: 30 mm Pb + 120 mm boron-containing polyethylene paraffin.
- Material: door panel 1.0 mm thick; door body 10 mm Q235 steel plate.
- Motor: adopts a brand-name motor, equipped with high-load-bearing rails and cover plates.
- Protection: equipped with a special anti-fingerprint mirror finish belt for radiation protection.
- Color: 304 anti-fingerprint stainless steel or AkzoNobel electrostatic spraying sheet.
- Frame requirement: the frame is supported by No.24 channel steel.
Technical ParametersTechnical parameter illustrations are provided on the product page. Key construction and shielding parameters include the layered shielding process (lead + boron-containing polyethylene paraffin), steel structural thicknesses and motor/IP protection rating as detailed in the performance section.
Application Fields- Department of Radiology:Comprehensive department integrating imaging diagnosis and interventional therapy. Radiological diagnosis employs X-rays, gamma rays and other radiation to penetrate the human body, rendering images of internal structures and organs for evaluation of anatomical morphology, physiological functions and pathological lesions.
- Department of Radiation Oncology:Localized therapeutic modality using ionizing radiation for cancer treatment. Radiation sources include alpha, beta and gamma rays from radioactive isotopes, as well as X-rays, electron beams, proton beams and other particle beams generated by therapy units and medical accelerators.
- Department of Nuclear Medicine:Uses nuclear science technologies for disease diagnosis and treatment; integrates imaging, therapeutic services, scientific research and teaching and is a core modality in modern medicine.
