Who we are
More than 90 years of experience have made SCHMITZ one of the leading international manufacturers of medical products. Our passion for operating tables with specialized accessories and workstations for gynaecology, including video colposcopy, urology, proctology and obstetrics is reflected in the quality, mobility, functionality and design of our products.
Functional trolleys, patient stretchers, furniture for operating theatres and outpatient departments as well as general medical furniture complete the SCHMITZ product portfolio for hospitals and medical practices.
Since 1930, the family-run company, now in its fourth generation, has been standing for expertise, reliability, solidity and consistency. In addition to two German locations, the company is represented internationally by branch offices in Europe, USA and Latin America.
