Product Overview HPLASⅡ is a urology diode laser system combining two parallel working wavelengths (980nm and 1470nm) designed for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). The system can deliver dual wavelengths in parallel with a combined maximum output up to 200W to achieve optimal absorption in water and hemoglobin, producing a high ablation rate together with strong hemostatic (blood-staunching) effect. The dual-laser approach aims to spare internal prostate structures associated with ejaculation, offering a first-time laser method intended to reduce the risk of retrograde ejaculation in middle-aged men. The excellent hemostatic profile minimizes blood loss during and after the procedure, preserves internal tissue, and leads to symptomatic relief for patients.

Principle of treatment The treatment is performed by inserting a cystoscope containing the BPH probe through the urethra. The bare fiber head is extended from the probe and the dual laser (980nm + 1470nm) is emitted from the probe head. The operator steers and rotates the probe to ablate tissue in a circular motion; the treated funnel enlarges step by step and the BPH probe is withdrawn at the end of the procedure, restoring normal urine flow.
