BREATHQUALITY UBT is a licenced test for the in vivo diagnosis of infection of the gastroduodenal tract by Helicobacter pylori (A.I.C. N. 034510014). It contains 75 mg of 13C urea and 1,4 g of citric acid. The test is liquid, all the components for the breath test are in the same solution. It has only to be diluted with some water (200 mL) before oral administration to the patient. Authorised for use in children. Free of preservants, colors and flavors. Tested for allergic reactions The breath sample can be analysed by both mass spectrometer and infrared analyser.
